168 York Street Cafe is the only gay-owned and operated bar and restaurant in New Haven - and one of Connecticut's oldest gay bars. For decades we've thrown open our doors to all members of the LGBTQ+ community and our allies. Pull up a stool, grab a table in the dining room, or settle onto the patio. Live jazz and karaoke, comedy open mic, our weekly One Sixty ATE! drag show, and the Sunday Patio Tea Dance.
Giving Back
Contributions at the door on Thursdays and Sundays have helped us donate over $200,000 in the past twenty years.
